“Ready to Rediscover Yourself"
Begin Your Journey with the 'Who Am I?'
Program for Clarity and Confidence."
“Ever find yourself asking, ‘Is this all there is?’ or ‘Who have I become?’
Life at this stage brings pivotal questions, and the answer starts with understanding who you truly are.
The 'Who Am I?' program is designed to guide you in rediscovering yourself—authentically and fully.”
You want to be real, and true to yourself, but maybe you don't know who that is.
There are many questions raised; you want answers.
Thoughts that come to mind and that want to be heard and discussed.
Who am I, and what do I want to be doing?
Is this it?
Why do I feel this way?
What do I even do what I do?
Why does this or that keep happening?
I am doing all the right things, yet nothing seems to change, why?
Why Am I scared, procrastinating, or sabotaging my progress?
Why is decision-making so hard?
Am I going to be doing this for the rest of my life?
Is change possible?
What should I be doing with my life?
Is it possible for me to do xyz?
These are just a few of the questions clients have asked during their self-discovery processes. The good news is that when the thinking mind asks questions, the subconscious must give answers. The downside is that the answers are biased and misleading.
See, the answers you get back via your thoughts and feelings are from your past experiences and stories.
You created this for a good reason—to keep you feeling safe and accepted. Yep! Safety and Acceptance are two of the most potent needs, and they drive us to learn how to get them, even if they undermine our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
This translates to learning behaviours, stories, and strategies to cope, adapt, and stay safe. However, these are ineffective or downright dangerous in the adult world. Hence, we display fear, uncertainty, insecurities, addictions, avoidances, and projections. The beliefs are that we are not good enough, lovable, worthy, deserving, or able to live and love well.
We hold back and play small.
We say no when we want to say yes; and yes, when we want to say no.
We keep the peace, conform and people-please to be accepted.
We will do almost anything to be part of something, a tribe, and have a sense of belonging, but often, we repeat patterns from our past and live on repeat.
We sell ourselves short and give parts of ourselves away to fit in, be accepted and play the game.
We sell our souls to the familiar devils because we know the dance, the drill, the steps.
Yet, starting the self-awareness journey is often confounding and scary. Even if we want to feel more content, the fear of the unknown can be too much of a gap. Yes, there is a different way...
To create a life of meaning and purpose, on your terms. You get to choose, and that makes you a winner.
"When Was the Last Time You
Really Felt Like You?"
Imagine this. You’re sitting on your deck, maybe with a cup of tea, or a glass of wine as the sun’s setting. The workday’s done, the house is quiet, and for a moment, no one asks anything of you. A question bubbles up as you look out over the yard or take in the stillness:
"Is this it? Is this all there is?"
It’s not that life’s been unkind or you don’t appreciate where you are. You’ve had your fair share of wins and happy moments, memories worth keeping. But somewhere along the way, you lost sight of that version of you who was excited about what tomorrow might bring.
That person who used to dream, who had a clear sense of who they were and where they wanted to go.
You start wondering… when did I lose 'me' in all of this?
So many of us, especially around midlife, hit that point where we begin to ask ourselves:
Who am I now?
Life takes us in all kinds of directions — relationships, careers, kids, responsibilities — and while we’re looking after everyone and everything else, we forget to look after the person inside, the one who wants to feel alive and on purpose.
Now, here’s the thing. This feeling of being lost or stuck? In truth its an invitation. It’s life’s way of nudging you to go deeper, reconnect with yourself, and decide who you really want to be from here on out.
That’s precisely what the "Who Am I?" program is all about.
You’re not alone in this. A few years ago, this was me. Since then, I have made it a daily mission to learn about myself, my values, beliefs, and what is important to me, and I am working towards creating more of this. Know that you are not alone in this stage of your life journey. That doesn't go away, but creative change becomes faster when you know the skills to navigate the uncertainty and questions.
It’s not some "quick fix" or "fluff" — it’s a genuine, guided journey back to the real you. Through the program, I’ll guide you through a series of reflections, exercises, and practical tools designed to help you peel back the layers, rediscover your values, and reconnect with what truly matters to 'you.'
You’ll uncover the beliefs and patterns that may hold you back and learn how to replace them with a foundation built on self-awareness, clarity, and confidence.
Think of it as a roadmap for creating a life that aligns with your true self — the one you may have left behind in the busy shuffle of life.
This program isn’t about creating a "new you"; it’s about reconnecting with the real you and choosing what’s next from a place of clarity and your values. Whether it’s redefining what success looks like, finding joy in new passions, or simply feeling 'whole' and 'alive' again, this journey is yours to make.
If you’re ready to reclaim your life, to move from autopilot to intentional, fulfilling living, I invite you to join me in the "Who Am I?" program. Because the best chapters of your life aren’t behind you — they’re waiting just around the corner.
.
Are you feeling disconnected from the person you once were, or unsure of who you’re meant to be? Leaving you asking, "Whom Am I?"
Crossroad Moments have big impacts on life.
Creating a feeling of being out of control or losing control over your life or a situation.
Feeling like you are sitting on a spinning top and can't get off!
Thinking and realising, "This is not where I imagined I would be!!" along with all the big feelings of frustration, uncertainty, grief, shame, and possibly guilt for not
taking different paths or stepping into 'that' opportunity earlier.
Life’s crossroads moments can make us feel lost, unfulfilled, and uncertain about the future. But what if you could use this moment to find true clarity, uncover deep confidence, and redefine who you are on your terms?
The "Who Am I?" program was designed for individuals just like you, ready to break free from limiting beliefs, reignite self-trust, and step boldly into a life of purpose and possibility.
You start asking questions and move into realisations and acceptance.

Crossroad Moments be like...
Situations and experiences that feel they are out of your control or hands. Life happens; we grow older; a decision was made that didn't quite turn out as planned.
You are sideswiped; even if you had an idea or an inkling something was not quite right, the sudden change or scare hits deep, to your core even. There are so many different options, possible paths to take, and big decisions that create lasting effects.
There are other people involved, and any choice will affect their life, and it adds to the confusion, guilt, fear, anxiety, and unsettledness of moving in any direction.
Situations can appear as threats, losses, fears, challenges, or even a deeper yearning for something different.
Something! Has to change, But!!
A health scare
Either you or someone close to you has a wake up call, a diagnosis or event that changes the way we see life and the way we live.
Change in a relationship.
A breakup, status change, growing at different rates. Changes in relationship dynamics or death hits deep and challenges many of our beliefs around self, love, relationships, love, commitments, emotional needs and activates core, deeply hidden rules and needs.
Change in work, status, or dynamics
Work and career are fundamental to our existence and identity, and success. It is the way we fund our lifestyle, choices and security. When our income, status or position is threatened or questioned, our identity, safety and responsibility are also threatened.
Change in life stage
Each stage of life has its own set of rules, expectations, and changes. We move from being looked after, to becoming independent, to being responsible for self then others. The reverse also occurs with time, where the family unit and dynamics change. Partnerships and friendships change. Some move on, away or pass over.
Our identity within the family changes moving from single to parenthood, to empty nesting, and then individual again.
Something is pulling you
Something deep inside you is stirring the pot. For some, it is like overnight a switch has been turned on. Suddenly there is an unsettledness, feelings and thoughts asking "Is this all there is". This experience often coincide with other Signiant events in life, and often seen as a midlife crisis. In truth, the sensation happens before and during all life transition stages.
Big feelings
These feelings can come as a surprise, or build up over time. Anxiety, uncertainty, feeling lost, confused, out of sorts, not quite right. Being easily triggered, or reactive for 'no real reason'.
This can lead to disassociation - checking out, avoidance, distraction and a wide range of addictive or sabotage strategies.
Imagine....
Imagine a space dedicated to helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
Through a series of engaging video modules and transformative exercises, I’ll guide you through a robust, introspective journey over 4 weeks.
A new session will be unlocked each week, allowing you to go deep without feeling overwhelmed. As you go, you’ll learn, reflect, and integrate each piece of your true self.
Are you ready to ask and explore - "What's the story holding me back?" and are you ready to re-write it?
The story we tell ourselves and others explaining why we can and can't do things, enjoy experiences, and have free will is a well-engrained and often hidden monologue trapped in our nervous system and subconscious. For most, the story is based on self-preservation, protection and staying within the circle we grew up with.
Our family, friends, work colleagues, cultural groups, heritage, social norms and expectations. There are so many rules and expectations placed on people it is difficult to see them - the tree in the forest phenomenon, let alone be aware of what one thinks, feels, and honestly believes. Society doesn't encourage individuality - tall poppies syndrome, and we are expected to conform, agree to and follow the rules, no matter what.
Yet, we are individuals, living within communities, families and partnerships. Together, yet separate.
For many, we reach a stage in life where we start to feel or observe something is happening. The way we live, feel, and experience life isn't what we thought it would be like when we were children.
There are gaps in reality compared to our dreams, hopes, and life purpose. The more we consider this, the more our deeper truths (as we see them) start to surface. The hidden beliefs, stories, justifications, expectations etc., want to be seen and heard and finally come out of the shadows, from their banishment and into the light to be free.
Feeling insecure, uncertain, lost, trapped by your emotions and adrift even comes from the questions of:
This is a time for celebration!!
As the hidden and banished parts are gently reunited with the rest of us, we experience ourselves as being whole and increase our self-love and compassion, which can only overflow into our life.
Liberation of our 'selfs', results in liberating ourselves to live a life by choice, more abundantly and in turn, more authentically. We come home to all of 'us'.
You can authentically declare, "I create My life on My TERMS!"
It is possible because you uncover your story, and you get to choose:
* how to see, feel and interact with yourself and others.
* what you say yes and no to.
* what you will tolerate, encourage, enable and plant seeds to grow.
* where you invest your time, energy and resources.
* become empowered to co-create more of what you dream and move away from what you don't.
You get to choose!!
But to get to this point of freedom, the inner world - our stories, rules, constructs, beliefs, expectations etc., need to be released from their hiding places.

Information is power.
Exploring your past with adult eyes increases your self-awareness. Learning new ideas and skills creates space to make different choices.
Acknowledging your beliefs and stories dictating your life gives you the opportunity to keep, change, or drop them from your mind and body.
"Is it possible for me, considering how f up I am?" YES!
YES! But, I will also suggest you are quite normal, considering your past experiences, training and what You have had to cope with. What often happens when you learn how your thoughts, feelings and ideas are created; your past and current feelings make a lot more sense. You begin the healing process and develop empathy for yourself. This, is powerful!!
We see and hear so many rags-to-riches stories. People who turn their life around, living a life they love, are surrounded by people they adore etc. These may not be in your immediate circle, so read about them, and watch empowering documentaries or movies based on real life. Look for the evidence and be open to considering this could be you too.
"I am worth investing the time, energy and money?"
Only you can say, but from experience, yes.
We are all worthy; we only need to declare it for ourselves. It took me years to finally surrender to saying yes, to investing in me, for me. To change my life around, and from this experience, the more I dived into my stuff, the easier it was to say yes to me!!
IS there a logical reason why I feel these things
Again, yes! The Whom AM I program explores the impact childhood, trauma and life experiences have in shaping our beliefs, life rules, norms, expectations and the framework of how we 'should' interact with the world. But, this is the thing... These concepts are learnt, from others who learnt them from their parents, schooling, friends etc., and more so their messages of their time. Coming to terms with this concept is quite liberating.
WE never really stop creating or refining the coping stories. So, as adults, when confronted with issues, we still tend to justify what and why it is happening. This is part of the healing opportunity. BEcoming aware of our thoughts, feelings, and the story is where the gold is.
As the phrase says, "We all do what we can with the resources we have at the time." As we learn more, then, we have the choice to change and evolve. You are doing the best you can with what you currently know and have skills, ability and support. Nothing changes until we do, and that is the sucky truth!!
How long will it take to feel better?
I'm going to be honest here ..... how long is a piece of string? A cop-out answer, but true. Imagine an onion or anything layered. The core issues are buried under years of programming. More intense the experiences, the deeper the core. The subconscious has a built-in protective mechanism - it will only expose what the mind and body can cope with. The caution here is to work with experienced practitioners, preferably with first-hand knowledge of trauma and the challenges. Why? Because we have lived through the process of being in powerfully challenging experiences, but also have learnt a lot about healing the wounds created. No one has lived your life or has your beliefs and stories to work with, but we have our similarities become the empathetic bridge.
